Feasy Privacy Policy


Amadeus IT Group SA (“Amadeus”, “we” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information (information that identifies you as an individual) it collects and processes. Amadeus warrants it acts in compliance with applicable data protection legislation in its processing activities.

This document (“Privacy Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and to whom we may disclose the personal information we collect and process about you when you visit https://getfeasy.com/ (“Feasy Website”), or https://getfeasy.com/hello/ (“Feasy Landbot”) our through your use of the digital concierge services (“Feasy Services”) provided through Feasy Chatbot available on Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger (“Feasy Chatbot”) (together “Feasy”). This Privacy Policy also describes the measure we take to protect your personal information and how you can exercise your rights.

Who is collecting and processing the personal information?

Amadeus IT Group SA (Salvador de Madariaga 1, 28027, Madrid, Spain) acts as the data controller and is responsible for collecting, processing of your personal information collected through Feasy.

This Privacy Policy only addresses the collection, use, or disclosure of personal information through Feasy. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the personal information that Amadeus may process about you through other services.  

If you decide to book or buy third party services suggested or made available through Feasy Services, any personal information that you provide will be subject to these third parties’ privacy policies. We strongly recommend you read these privacy policies before providing your personal information.

What personal information do we collect about you and for what purposes it is used?

We will collect and process personal information about you at various stages of your Feasy journey. We will always let you know why we need this information and whether it is mandatory or not. Please note that Feasy is not directed to children under the age of sixteen and we request children under the age of sixteen not to use this service. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from an individual under the age of sixteen, we will delete the information from our records

When you visit Feasy Website:

  • When you visit Feasy Website, we will collect some personal information such as your IP address or browsing behavior through the use of cookies. You will be asked to consent for the use of cookies through a cookie banner when visiting Feasy Website for the first time. Once you have accepted the usage of cookies, the cookie banner will no longer appear, but you will still have the option to disable the usage of cookies at any time. We use these cookies to improve our products and services for example through the use of analytics (aggregated and anonymized data) which allow to identify usage trends or customer journey. When you register to use Feasy Chatbot and Feasy Service(s):

  • To use Feasy Chatbot and Feasy Service(s), you shall create an account on Feasy Website.
  • If you create your account directly on Feasy Website, we will collect some personal information such as your name, surname, e-mail address. We will also collect information about your interests as well as the platform on which you would like to use Feasy Chatbot and redirect you accordingly. We will use your personal information to verify your identity and enable you to access Feasy Chatbot on your preferred platform and also to search in our systems if you have any pending travel in order to offer you Feasy Services.
  • If you start engaging with us first through Feasy Landbot and decide to create an account, we will collect your e-mail address and will also ask you for the platform on which you would like to use Feasy Chatbot and redirect you accordingly. We will use your e-mail address to send you an e-mail for activation of your account on Feasy Website.
  • If you start engaging with us first through Feasy Chatbot on Facebook Messenger and decide to create an account, we will collect your e-mail address. We will use your e-mail address to send you an e-mail for activation of your account on Feasy Website.

When you use Feasy Chatbot and Feasy Service(s):

  • We remind you that Facebook Messenger and Whatsapp act as independent data controllers with regards to the personal information you provide on their platforms. We recommend that you read their respective Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before using Feasy Chatbot on these platforms.

  • After your registration, we will reach to you through Feasy Chatbot on your preferred platform and will ask you whether you would like to use Feasy Service(s) for your next trip that we have identified in our systems. We will reach out to you each time we find a trip associated to your e-mail address on our systems.

  • If we have not identified any trip associated to your e-mail account, we will suggest from time to time that you provide details (booking confirmation) about your next trip by sending an e-mail to me@getfeasy.com. This information is necessary for us to provide the Feasy Services you are requesting.

  • Once we have received your trip details and based on your preferences, we will send you personalized information and suggested services for each trip. We may ask you to provide additional information on a voluntary basis, to be able to offer you Feasy Services adapted to your profile.

  • If you confirm you want to book third-party services made available or suggested through Feasy Services, we may also use your personal information (name, surname, e-mail address and trip details) to pre-fill some mandatory information requested by such third-party provider in order to facilitate your booking process. However, this personal information will not be shared with the third-party provider unless and until you decide to confirm the booking with the third-party provider. If you confirm the booking, the third-party provider will treat your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

  • We may ask you at any time to provide feedback about Feasy Service(s). This information will be provided on a voluntary basis and will be used based on our legitimate interest to improve our services.

When you contact us

  • When you contact us by e-mail as described in the section ‘Contacting Us’ of this Privacy Policy, we may collect information such as your name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, records of correspondence and any other information necessary to solve your problem.
  • If you contact us or we contact you on our social media pages, we may collect your social media username, your comments, questions or feedback.

Who is your personal information shared with?

We may share your personal information with Amadeus affiliates, who, due to the nature of the services Amadeus provides as a global travel technology supplier, may be located in any location around the world. These Amadeus affiliates may process your personal information for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. A link to the complete list of Amadeus affiliates and their locations can be found in the Amadeus Annual Reports.

In addition, we may also disclose your personal information:

  • To third parties, business partners, suppliers, subcontractors and service providers processing your personal information on our behalf for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

  •  For example, to companies providing technical support and infrastructure to Feasy or analytics and search engine providers that assist us with the improvement and optimization of Feasy; To an affiliate or other third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including without limitation in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings); and
  • If necessary:
    • – Under applicable law including laws outside your country of residence;
    • – To comply with legal processes;
    • – To respond to requests from public and government authorities including public and government authorities outside your country of residence;
    • – To enforce our terms and conditions;
    • – To protect our operations or those of any of our affiliates;
    • – To protect our rights, privacy, safety or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you or others; and
    • – To permit us to pursue available remedies or limit the damages that we may sustain.

Where such disclosures take place, Amadeus requires the appropriate technical and organizational security measures to be in place to protect personal information, and for personal information to be processed lawfully. Amadeus only allows affiliates and third-party service providers to use personal information for specified purposes and in accordance with Amadeus instructions. Any sharing of personal information using third party platforms would be governed by the terms of the third-party platform used.

International transfers of personal information

When Amadeus shares your personal information with its affiliates and third-party service providers who process your personal information on behalf of Amadeus, this may involve transferring personal information outside the EEA. When personal information is transferred to another country it will continue to receive adequate protection through contractual or other arrangements put in place with affiliates and third-party service providers. For these transfers at least one of the following appropriate safeguards will be implemented:

  • Personal information will be transferred to countries that have been deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal information by the European Commission.
  • Standard data protection clauses approved by the European Commission which give personal information transferred the same protection it has in EEA.
  • With affiliates and third-party service providers based in the US, Privacy Shield which gives personal information similar protection it has in EEA.

Security and integrity of personal information

We use reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative measures to protect personal information under our control. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet or data storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please do not send us sensitive information through e-mail. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if you feel that the security of any account you might have with us has been compromised), you must immediately notify us of the problem by contacting us in accordance with the ‘Contacting us‘ section of this Privacy Policy. Please note that e-mail communications will not necessarily be secure, accordingly you should not include credit card information in your e-mail correspondence with us. When personal information is processed on behalf of Amadeus, access is limited to those who have a business need to know. Personal information will be processed in accordance with the instructions of Amadeus and those who have access are subject to a duty of confidentiality. Amadeus has procedures in place to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify individuals and any applicable regulator of a breach where legally required to do so.

Retention of personal information

Amadeus retains personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes it was collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. Please note that on any forms where you provide us with your details, we may specify the period of time that we intend to keep the data according to the specific purposes defined in the form.

Data access and correction requests

If you would like to access, review, correct, update, or otherwise limit our use of your personal information (including deletion) that has been previously provided to us, including any other privacy related matters, you may contact us by email at me@getfeasy.com or write to our Chief Privacy Officer, via Amadeus IT Group SA, Calle Salvador de Madariaga 1, 28027 Madrid, Spain. For security reasons, we reserve the right to take steps to authenticate your identity before providing access to personal information. Amadeus may also be restricted from allowing access to, changing, or deleting some personal information.
